An award-winning project with Lake’s Edge Developments, where we undertook the design, site clearance, earthworks, services, roading and retaining.
Lake’s Edge Development comprises of several exclusive residential lakefront sites overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Many innovations were developed to overcome the site’s technical difficulties, including establishing residential building platforms.
Our concept of using a design and construct contract for a residential subdivision allowed us to achieve more technical innovations and earned us a Hynds Construction award in 2017.
Our work also included the preservation and relocation of a 150-year-old meat shed belonging to the Rees family, who farmed the area in the 1860s.
