Paton Residence – Demolition and Earthworks

Civil Construction were contracted to demolish and remove a residential house and retaining wall. Earthworks were then undertaken to enable the construction of a substantial residential dwelling. The earthworks included excavation of rock material, certified fill, exacting lift pit, temporary access ramp and lay area and installation of subsoil drainage and the primary storm water networks.
