Roading works for separable portion 5 in Hanley’s Farm subdivision in an area of over 15,000m2. Works included trimming to subgrade, AP65 subbase and AP40 base course with standard kerb and channel.
KEY CHALLENGES & TRACK RECORD
The project is being delivered smoothly without any incidents, tracking on time and at a high-quality level. It was divided in 2 stages as before winter and after winter works.
Some aspects that had to be managed throughout the duration of the contract were the presence of contractors on site, visitors, and other stakeholders, to ensure their safety and a minimum disruption to the area.
POSITIVE FEEDBACK
At the end of October 2021, we received comments and a follow up call from the QLDC inspector to express his recognition of the high quality works delivered to the Head Contractor and the site conditions.
